In our mind, focaccia should never have gone out of fashion, so we're bringing it back! As usual, we do not use any gums or preservatives. Our focaccia is made with our special blend of gluten free flours, mixed with Aussie almond meal, pasture-raised eggs and finished with flaky salt. We ferment the dough over 18 hours, developing an aerated, springy bread with a salty, moreish taste.
It's perfect for canapes, breakfast roll or deep pan pizza, It’s robust enough to be heated through and maintain it’s shape. Once defrosted use focaccia within 48 hours and do not refreeze.
